They don't look any different.
It's similar looking to the "pebble leather" on the 997gys, but more like pleather.

The rise45 pairs look like they might have shiny gunmetal plastic parts, as opposed to the RRS ones which is flat gray. Can't be sure due to the difference in lighting.
Edit: one last thing, the RRS 998s has skinnier midsoles.
