if i were you, i'd try the small too. i'm about 6', 168 and Large is too big on me (even though i have 2 pairs)
Medium is likely the better size for me so small might be better for you.

I'm 5'6 135 lbs and I fit well in a Small.
That said, I have skinny legs so if you have thicker legs you might wanna go Medium.
