I understand you are funding the DAPL pipeline, being constructed by Energy Transfer Partners from North Dakota to Illinois. Because of that, I will be closing ALL my accounts with JP Morgan Chase. I don’t want to do business with a bank that supports a project that threatens the drinking water and way of life of Native Americans, and that is being forced on them in spite of their repeated, nonviolent insistence that they don’t want it. I have sent in my last payment, and will close my account as soon as I have confirmed that you received it.

Meanwhile, I hope you will check your conscience and consider what it means to continue a legacy of discounting Native peoples and their concerns. This pipeline was moved from the Bismarck area because of threats to drinking water. Why is it OK, then, to threaten Native people’s water? Why is it OK for pipeline construction to desecrate graveyards and other sacred sites?

I am also concerned about the Iowa farmers who are likewise being forced by eminent domain to allow this corporation to cut through their lands with a risky pipeline.

If you withdraw support from DAPL, of course I will reconsider closing my accounts. And you might sleep better, knowing you have moved over to the right side of history.

They're going to tank it, privatize everything, and his friends and associates will purchase government assets for pennies on the dollar.

America voted itself into oligarchy and perpetual poverty, unless the Congress reins in the Donald. That will take bipartisan effort, and the Republicans still have the rosy glasses of victory on to see that everything around them is falling apart.

Let me tell you something: if you don't have the option to leave the United States, you can't say that's their problem; it's yours too (unless you stand to reap from the plundering of the country).

Rub it on their face all you want, but also make them understand what's at stake and why they need to stop daydreaming and start putting pressure on the executive branch and their congresspeople.

I want to leave and live somewhere else too after I take advantage of my stock options, but this dude Trump is out there instigating countries all over the world. For example, I have the ability to move to Taiwan within the next year, but dude is too busy insulting China and stirring up @#$@ between China and Taiwan. So that's one country off my list, because who knows what will happen there in the next 4 years

I'd move to Portugal since no one cares about us enough to bother us, but the jobs out there are scarce compared to East Asia and the US. If I lost my ability to work remotely, it would be extremely difficult to find something that pays similarly
