Permanent Marker on Shoes

what's a material or instrument to draw on shoes? I'm planning to put some design on my hyperfuse blackouts but I don't know what to use. I was thinking of using permanent marker since it's the only thing I think doesn't get washed or rubbed off. Or is there anything more permanent than that?

I believe Angelus has painting pens. Basically you put the angelus paint in a pen and draw like a sharpie. You'd have to google it, not sure where I saw it tho
