Hen- I went with an 11.5, I was on here and on style forum reading about sizes and it really made my head hurt so I decided to just go with the size I buy dress boots in and that is 11.5. My foot may be weird idk, most times when people say to size down I don't. My SLP are both 44, my arenas are 44. They fit perfectly, glad I didn't size down.
