Tommy gonna have to murk Dre. Too many times he pressed Dre, gave him that squinty eye I don't trust you look and let it go. If he don't kill him, they goofed.

He doesn't really have to tell Mak anything. They're just talking on a street corner.
If there was an issue with the writing it would be Mak running up on him like they cool instead of catching him off guard in a court of law with hard evidence IMO.
