^but you have yet to prove that TM swung first...that video you posted doesn't prove it. It's basically GZ's account of what happened that night. Nothing we haven't heard or seen before. There was no eyewitness to confirm GZ's entire story.

Face it no one can prove who swung first, period. Therefore it is not a Fact. You just happen to believe GZ and the DA of what happened that night and thats fine but stop telling me it's a fact when you, nor I were or anyone else besides GZ were there to actually see what happened.

Yeah the race card is so played in this debate. Of course TM was profiled because he was black. While that's effed up, it doesn't change the definition of self defense, which is what this case came down to. The fact there were no eye-witnesses really hurt the prosecution here.

Once u lose you cant grab gun and shoot to kill the winner that's againts your honor as a person. My question here for hood? If he wasnt racially profiled(thank goodness) was he criminaly profiled? The reason i asked you because you seem knowledgable to the situation more than myself.. But why before the altercation did he say these (blanks) always get away with this? What did he mean? Wasnt he already upset on the phone? Do you think treyvon didnt answer him in the manner he was being questioned with? And that aggitation zimmy had on the phone plus treyvon incooperation may have pushed zimm to the limits?
