How's the sizing on the Natural Motion Roshes? Should i stick to my usual size?

I've heard to .5 up, some people even say go a full size up. I'm going a full size up because id rather them be a little big then tight on my feet. At least the .5 though for sure

This... Thought about pulling the trigger on France cause I like that CW, but not $100 over retail.  I'll take my chances if they come out in the US, otherwise nah.
