those are chains. boutiques examples are oneness, concepts, kith, etc. there are plenty in the major cities. you can also find some at "mom and pop" shops. once they start hitting the shelves, people here will post stores that phone order.

Use Plasti-Dip for midsoles! Its a kind of spray paint. I found them at Napa Auto Parts and Home DepotThese are clean. What type of paint did you use?
Yeah, if anything you'll see some minor wear on the very bottoms. But then you can just spray it again. It's crazy stuff. Its made to bend and flex
Just call a Nike store and have them stock locate for you. Out of all the stores theres bound to be a handful of pairs.
