For non-NJ NT'ers, Garden State Plaza gets packed to the wall on Saturdays because of Blue Laws (not open on Sunday). I'm talking no parking. Tons of high school kids. Busy restaurants.

but the suicide note they were referring to belonged a Washington township resident.

so basically... no one is in custody.
