Do those fast food spots hire the typical fast food employees though? I could see that goin south (no hate)

I could be wrong but it's my understanding they go through a clearance process (to work at these fast food spots).

taking pics probably looks silly...you arent allowed to take pics outside (at least it was that way when i was there). if he got a no escort needed badge he is more than likely military or some higher up. so imagine being in uniform walking around taking pics like a tourist...you would get checked so quick. cameras are everywhere.

I have been to the Pentagon a few times, for work related events. Very cool building with lots of details to it. Going in some of the "secret" rooms they have you wait outside until all the information or documents are put away then they let you in.

Unless homeboy has already gone to this process...there's no way he can just get a quick scan of his credentials and get a quick acess. I'm pretty sure OP didn't say "impress dudes on NT" when asked for his "purpose of visit".
