I doubt that the porn itself was the only factor.

I'm sure there are cases but not all. When I was in high school I had a regimine: 3x a day. Morning, after school, and before I go to sleep. I suppose I can admit I have been addicted since then. There's been many times that I "quit" and lasted a week or so and broke down and just wanted to watch p0rn and ended up making it a day or so longer before eventually fappin'.

I don't have a huge sex drive in fact I don't have much of one. Could it be the amount of p0rn I watch(ed)? Perhaps. But honestly it's easier to just fap for a few minutes than to spend 20+ pumpin' and sweating and hopefully nut.

It also likely falls on the fact that I've been fappin' habitually at the end of each night that I'm just used to it being something I do. Some nights I don't want to and I don't and other nights I have to.
