Yeah, I honestly believed these would be easier than Chis... Regretting passing on that $300 preorder right now. Has ANYONE's local spots recieved more than 30 pairs per store?

So Champs has similar allocations throughout and my spot actually got LESS than the allocation they thought they were going to get. This might be why places are doing FCFS, so they can at least get the foot traffic (plus you know some people are going to buy the 31s because they want the "Banned" cw). I would start thinking of a consolation prize (Ying Yang 1s? NMDs? Olympic 5s?) unless you all don't mind coming home empty handed on Sat.
On the bright side, it is nice seeing Jordans generating hype like this for a GR retro that isn't an 11 or OG 12 again.

I never understood the consolation prize thing, unless you already wanted the shoe in the first place. Luckily nobody is doing FCFS around here anyway

Finished my raffle rounds. Put in 14 tickets overall. Some places had pages on pages of names while others just had a few. The later in the day the more pages I would see at some spots. I honestly think these will be a tricky cop in person as a lot of places seem to be getting raffle sign ups. Hopefully I pull through on one.

Air Jordan 1s not available in 13.5US. Best advice I was given about sizing is to go to a shoe store and get sized. What ever they measure your feet to be, get that size for the 1s.

Yeah a lot of people passed on earlier releases thinking this CW was going to sit.. If you needed a pair of shoes to wear, I think the consolation prize thing makes sense since these are looking like a hard cop overall.
I really wanted these to wear but if I end up striking out, I still have my DS OG bred lows and my old customized bred mids (I realize this is pretty ratchet lol).
Good to see some of the hype/attention get taken off of Adidas and go back to Jordan retros.. Hopefully this release reminds people what made the brand great (awesome cw, design, and quality materials).

That's one reason why I believe we should help each other out here. Gas/Time isn't cheap.
