My sister in Memphis told me that tickets for this game are going for $10,000.
Memphis is definately a college basketball town. Nobody even cares about the Grizz there.
I think the Tigers could beat the Grizzlies.
The Tigers need to come out strong and show FR3SH what a real college basketball team looks like.

Memphis has always been a college basketball town.
1973 NCAA Final championship game lost to UCLA and Walton - Larry Finch, Ronnie Robinson, Larry Kenon...
1985 Final Four lost to Villanova. Keith Lee, Vincent Askew, Andre Turner, William Bedford...
The 90's with Elliot Perry and then Penny Hardaway, David Vaughn and a couple of Elite Eight appearances.
There was a bad stretch when they let Coach Finch go and brough in Tic Price and the team wasn't any good, but the fan support was still there.
Now the team with Calipari is on top of the world.
Memphis Tigers basketball is the biggest thing there. It always has been, it always will be.

Can't wait for this game and it should be a great event for the state. Things have been crazy in Knoxville all week so I can only imagine what it is likein Memphis.
Anyways, I am hoping we can somehow pull out the victory. I am nervous considering we play shaky on the road and memphis is looking for revenge after wedominated them last year. We also play better when we are expected to lose (SI has predicted us to lose everyone SEC game this season except vs LSU), BUT theyhave us winning this game. Hopefully the SI jinx doesn't get us tonight. Watch for JP Prince to have a huge night tonight, as he is from Memphis and on badterms with the University of Memphis.
I expect this to be a really high scoring and entertaining game, hopefully game of the year. Either way I am proud we got up to #2 but I am REALLY hoping wewalk out of this one with the W.
