That link defaults to the "Limited Edition".Switch it to the standard version and the price will show up.

I got two years of PS+ for $0.00 from Best Buy.
After using two gift cards. The only thing is that it's only available to be shipped. No option to pick up from store. Unless you want to shell out a extra 23.98, the cards should arrive between 12/09 - 12/16

That I wouldn't know. But considering that it happened to two people who did the same thing, and there was no mention of any discount codes; it's clear that just buying two worked for them.
