This was roughly a 7-8 months ago but my bro and I were coming back from getting some fast food late night. We got on our street and stopped at the stop sign right beside a parked car. As we stopped we look over to our right and beside that parked car were two guys holding down a puppy dog to the ground with a knife! We were both shocked and so were they because they had their backs to us when we crept up. Those fools just stared at us and quickly walked away with the dog in their hands.
