I’ll lifts weights about a good hour (whatever I’m working on that day)

15 min of core exercises

And when I get to that cardio I’m ready to throw in the towel

About 5 minutes in and it’s like
“Aight big dog we done here”


Trying to not eat as much bread
Even though I can smash some chipotle daily

I saw this cool Rottweiler on the bus when I was leaving the Valley on Sunday evening. She's 3. She sure was a big girl.

She made the ride nice because I got to pet her.

Rottweilers with a chopped tail always look so much better that way.

There was a dude at my job yesterday trimming the trees. Not a company just a single dude with a truck and some tools out working hard AF. I catch him on break ask him if hed give me a quote on a tree in my front yard. Comes over same day quotes 150 for work companies have been quoting me 300+ for. Does the job clean up everything in less than 2 hours. I give him $200.

He shows up today at my door im like aww hell naw. Turns out dude really is just a genuinely good hard working person. He came by to try and give me my money back because yesterday he asked if he could talk to my neighbors after told him to do his thang. He ended up with work from 8 of my neighbors. Obviously didn't take the money back. I thought about it for a hard second tho
