I need some ideas for good, but quick and easy foods for Sundays big game.

I have some ideas and am hoping to pull some out from this thread.

Bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers:

I'm going for a Korean bbq rib recipe. On either short ribs or I'm thinking of doing a skewer type deal.

That's all I have for now. Also considering keeping it classic with some variation of a Super Nachos. Wings, Carne Asada/Pastrami fries also in consideration.

Lets share some ideas and recipes so we can all eat good.

Quick recipe on them:
 25 fresh jalapeno peppers
14 -16 ounces cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 (16 ounce) packages bacon
Directions:

1
Cut stems off of peppers and cut them all in half longways.
2
Remove seeds from peppers.
3
Fill each pepper with cream cheese and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
4
Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each pepper half.
5
Place on baking sheets and place in 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked.
6
Remove and serve when cooled.

I read you could even put chicken in the pepper, too, in addition to the bacon.

I'm going to hit Arbys and grab a bunch of that berry sauce they have

smoke those jalapeno poppers.. me and the wifey been smoking those on our traeger for a while now... pain in the *** to prep though...

Planning on shrimp ceviche tostadas and beer.

Ribs sound like a good idea though, might add a rack of baby back ribs.

Brother in law is bringing a Wegmans sandwich platter (It isn't bad, but its boring as hell).
Father in law bringing steamed shrimp
Grandparents bringing fried chicken
I'm making buffalo chicken dip and possibly a korean bbq slow cooker thing.

I wanted to do a Denver specialty and a Seattle specialty, but I can't figure anything for Denver. I settled on the Korean BBQ, thinking that trying to replicate Ivars or Spud fish and chips would be annoying and wouldn't be able to make it close to game time without making a mess and missing some of the game.

Cooking like that for your men is the new swag.
Lol, I'm truly out the loop.

"What up my *****? You busting out the lamb pâté bro?

"Yeah man, I gottchu bruh. You want the white whine sauces my G?

"Hell yeah blood! Yo you wanna kiss dawg?"

Music starts.........

:smh:

There's a difference in hosting and being sus.

Grabbing some wings at the store is cool. Spending all day cooking like your grandmother at thanksgiving is weird.
