Why is the gov't doing so little to end rape in prisons?

The power thing is the case sometimes. Its the same with male on female rape, its not 100% focused on sex in every case. But I agree some of them say that as a cop out.

You're definitely talking some major !%%@ right now.  As somebody who's actually been on the inside, this is more of a psychological battle than a physical one.  I was blessed to link up with some older cats that looked at for me and expected nothing in return.  As nice as I might be with my hands, I can definitely say if a group of inmates of another race or that just didn't like me wanted to *@@! me up or take me down it could've happened before the guards even had a chance to burst in and do anything about it.

Don't talk about stuff you know about.
