Rocko is not slept on, he once was on a major got alot of burn, put out a solid first album. Then he went independent/got dropped and stayed in the mix-tape circuit. A lot of local
Atlanta residents consider him the best rapper there for the past 2 years, but this was during 2chainz and future run also. He is not slept on, he's just waiting for his second
