    Man Leg day use to be my fav! A beasty squat session sesh!  But when I started cutting had a little hip problem so haven't been able to squat super heavy. But push day is my fav right now. OHP gains! Db pressing chest has sick pumps!

    Its usually mobility issues when it coms to the overhead squats. Gotta work on your mobility.
