DPD went on to say that he was a person of interest. The guy turned his rifle in to an officer and I believe was taking in to talk to but was later released.

From what I know, the police came up on them and one of the suspects threw a camo bag into the benz and speed off which started a chase. 

The suspect is saying that there are bombs planted all over downtown Dallas, probably BS tho. 

They're saying there talking to one of the shooters at el centro college 

The way he moved, he know exactly what to do and where to go. Not to mention he was wearing body armor and had a high powered riffle. I'm almost willing to bet he had green tip rounds too.

Hard to tell but he doesn't look black to me.
