I don't know about other dallas peeps but my interactions with the Dallas Police Department has been nothing short of civil and well-mannered. For something tragic like this happen to such a diverse group of police officers and civil ones is heartbreaking.

DPD went on to say that he was a person of interest. The guy turned his rifle in to an officer and I believe was taking in to talk to but was later released.
The way he moved, he know exactly what to do and where to go. Not to mention he was wearing body armor and had a high powered riffle. I'm almost willing to bet he had green tip rounds too.
