"OTHER BRAND" - RUNNING shoe thread - asics, saucony, new balance, hoka one one, adidas, reebok, brooks, altra, skechers, etc...

Hi, Wow sounds great the velocity. I hope its got more stack height than the Peg turbo. What is the stack height? Its sounds like it can do all from recovery to tempo runs? Enough cushion for long runs? How breathable is the upper, looks quite warm? I heard they are long did you go down 1/2...

Hi, I have had my Reebok Symmetros for over a month now. Really enjoy them. Too bad not many reviews of them yet online. Cheers Steve

Reebok make good running shoes. If you like Reebok you should try the Reebok Symmetros, better for longer runs, more cushion and faster transitions than the Forever floatride. Steve

Hi all, First run in the Reebok Symmetros, I am impressed - transition is so smooth and they can move too. Light, cushioned, breathable, stable and versatile. I went a size down form my normal 11 to 10.5. More stable than my Asics Novablast , not quite as fun and bouncy but as versatile, a bit...

Novablast - is my recommendation. I have not ran in them but people say the Reebok Symmetros . The Nike Peg 37 (womans) but they only go up to size 12 in woman's, (10.5/11) men's equivalent. The new balance 1080 v10. Others like the Saucony Endorphin Speed and ride 13.

Yes they look good. Roadtrailrun are going to review it too. I preferred the Novablast over the infinity react as I had to much heel slip in them and just found the Novablast more responsive. The stableness does improve on the novablast after 30-40 km. Also changing to a firmer insole helps...

Glad you started this forum, I have the skechers gorun ride 8 - quite firm and cushioned, new balance propels - soft easy runs and I love the Asics Novablast all kind of runs especially if you love a cushioned responsive and soft ride - not the most stable . There is a new shoe getting good...

Nike Air Pegasus ALL NEW MODELS 30, 31, 32 and up

I would be very interested if you did a short run in both, one on each foot to see what your thoughts are. The only review I have seen that did a comparison on both is roadtrailrun by Sam. Sam preferred the woman's version as he felt it was smoother in transitions softer upfront and more...

    Nike REACT ....INSTANT GO

The FODrunner did a great review of the Novablast on youtube and Roadtrailrun was a good multirunner review :)

    Nike REACT ....INSTANT GO

I agree I tried the Nike infinity react, saucony triumph 17 and new balance 1080 v10 and the Novablast was more responsive and comfortable at the same time - that bounce and propelling you forward is great . Too bad it doesn't work for everyone. Maybe in the next version they make it a...

    Nike REACT ....INSTANT GO

Hi, I have the Novablast too, they are touch unstable at the heel but seem fine on hard surfaces for me. Also after 20/30 km they seem to firm up slightly and become a little more stable. Also changing the insole may help as that's soft. Fantastic everyday trainer at all paces. Steve

Nike Air Pegasus ALL NEW MODELS 30, 31, 32 and up

Hi, Tried the Nike Peg 37 male and female versions. The female version is softer underfoot, smoother transitions and not as harsh -reminds me of the epic react. Also upper is more breathable . Steve

Nike Air Pegasus ALL NEW MODELS 30, 31, 32 and up

Hi, How do they compare with the Nike vomero 14, as cushioned or more and softer underfoot. Did you find them as responsive? Is the upper breathable. Thanks Steve.

Nike Air Pegasus ALL NEW MODELS 30, 31, 32 and up

Hi, Wondering if the Nike Peg 37's have more cushion than the olders pegs. It looks like a 32/22 (heel/forefoot), comparing the pictures of the older models 24/14 - is that correct. Does it have more cushion in the forefoot than the Nike Vomero 14's , found I could feel the airbag at the front...
