If you're looking for a cheesesteak, skip Pat's/Geno's and go to Jim's on South Street. Much better in my experience. Another place I enjoyed in Philly is Misconduct Tavern in Center City - very good burgers and a pretty nice rotating beer selection.

If you hadn't planned to, you should think about aging 1-2 of them. I aged for a year and it was delicious - very smooth, whiskey-ish, nice alcohol burn. The hops fade, but it just brought out all of the other flavors. :hat
