That's a pretty good price for so much included in the bundle. I picked up my Canon T4i 4 years ago for close to $1000. Similar set up with the 2 lens option, bag and SD card. DSLR's have become better priced lately for sure but that is still a great price honestly. 

Agree, tropical places are infamously wet. I took both when I went i Kauai and I was glad I did. The water proof case GoPro has can help get dope shots if you do any excursions or anything.

I will eventually. I'm not holding out for any weird reason like I'm afraid to wear my kicks. I work from home so I don't have to actually get dressed daily.

I've been following your Flickr since about 2013.... You could've had me fooled. You use light pretty well in what you have posted. I would have never guessed you weren't already shooting off cam. 

I feel you there. I pushed my T4i to the limits. My little crop body did me good. I've still got a ways to go but I got pretty decent at working with natural light and even minimal touch ups in LR. I've just seen how well the subject is with strobes and it's really opened my eyes to the reality...

I see why. She's amazingly well lit. I'm getting out of the natural lighting/landscape stuff and heading towards the model/people subjects. I see I'm gonna have to grow my off camera experience.  What gear did you have on this shoot?
