The one player I can think of was Jamal Magloire. At first I was happy an underdog player made it, but the moment he was on the court, it was instant regret. Ain't no one wanted to see his postups. lol

Luka Doncic = Larry Bird is one of the laziest we only compare white guys to white guy comparisons ever.

They basically have almost nothing in common besides the lack of melanin.

Shooting is obviously the big difference (which is why you shouldn't really make the comp in the first place), but also shouldn't act like there aren't any similarities either. Roughly the same height/weight, transcendent passing, good rebounders, good ball handlers, not bouncy athletes. Similar statistical profiles OUTSIDE of shooting.

In months like this February, where he's shooting 48/45/79 splits while averaging 32/8/9, the comparison becomes even less farfetched.

Mark Eaton was pretty good from what I remember . Big blocks, and couldn’t move. I always thought Pj Brown was better than Magloire/Dale Davis types.

Its a little less lazy than it appears on first glance.

I can’t think of a whole bunch of guys that are able to consistently cook the competition while possessing the mobility and athleticism of a high school PE teacher.

Only a few players every year are "legit' all stars since the criteria changes based off feelings and narratives...So J Will absolutely coulda been in one year based off popularity and excitement alone, plus he played on good teams most of his career if team record wants to be in play
