Yeah, maybe it'll look better/right when it's flipped down and we can see all the graphics on it.

You may be right. I don’t think that’s an optical illusion. The angle of the ball looks more vertical on the new item. we would have to lay them side by side. I’m sure we’ve got some fans that’ll do a good comparison.

love everyone comparing them to the original version, but I’m just happy to have a modern version with newer technical material. Can’t wait to see what else is out and hope to get at least one more shirt.

It is what it is. 30 years later. I'd say, at least compared to the "revamped" tech 20 shoes, we should all be thrilled the stuff is as close to original as it is. If only we weren't dealing with 30 years worth of inflation and could get this stuff at 1990 prices...

The zip polo is 80 and I think the shirts were 80 as well. Not sure what they went for in 1990.
 
The 2020 model is quite close in design than the 1990 European model wich was made in Italy (in the left in the first picture) Andre always used the US model !

Nike has already shown in the past its incompetence to deliberate products stamped air tech challenge. This is not going to change tomorrow. we would have to fire the director of the tennis branch for that and we owe these reissues to the Nike archives department not to the tennis department.
