You should be ok, I normally wear an 11.5 in SB dunks, 11 in regular and my size 11 Black Cements fit perfectly.

You should be ok, I normally wear an 11.5 in SB dunks, 11 in regular and my size 11 Black Cements fit perfectly.
 
I'm a little upset just relooked over my pair and it seems the soft leather on the midsole has slight "waves" i guess you can called it or "dents" its nothing that serious but just don't have the problem with the other 3's I own.

American sizes are one size up from UK sizes, a 9 would be a size 10.
