thats part of the problem, he practices at both.
when he plays CB his strength is off man and eyeing the QB, thats not how we play so he's having alot of adjustments to make and its slowing his progress down.
he's got 3 years to play so Im not worried

Baxter will be the starter come kickoff time. Moody, DJ Morgan and Amir Carlisle have all shown flashes that have impressed the staff, but Baxter has been consistent throughout camp.
