The NBA desperately needs a better development league and have players stay longer in college to develop

Not enough depth in the roster. There's too much of a talent gap between the bench players and the starters

Based on what? Warriors have a system where everyone can score and everyone plays their role.

Cavs have a give LeBron the ball system. And when LeBron drives be ready for a kick out pass. If it's not that, it's a kyrie iso. Has nothing to do with talent on the roster. Cavs definitely don't lack talent.
