Obviously don’t know the woman or much of what her job entailed..

but if she worked for the previous owner.. and then that coach/GM and a subsequent owner that empowered said coach to then also become GM

and you trade away nuk for a RB on a terrible contract, trade a high pick for a oft injured WR on a bad deal.. and then you see immediately how terrible your team is when you are trading away your 1st AND 2nd rounders

not sure what the actual culture was/is that she didn’t fit in
