I think the "scam emails" are probably from their friends. I noticed the fake email and text wins started popping up on the travis sb. Probably going to see more of these scams on big sb drops.

The person behind it can get fined and imprisoned IF caught. The store itself, unless it devised and executed the scam, isn't legally responsible. When the prince of Dubai asks you for $500 in Walgreens gift cards, that's not on Walgreens.
