ive had pens, erasers, and other things thrown at me by teachers for sleeping or goofing off. not a big deal. hell, the spanish teacher at my HS threatened to throw a chair/desk at my brother before because he didnt know the answer to a question. Dude seriously picked up a chair/desk (all in ones) over his head. Now that would be something worth complaining over.
did your sister have to go to the hospital? surgery to remove the pen that was buried 3 inches into her sternum?

I throw about a dozen dry erase markers at my students daily. As long as shes not hurt a big deal this is not.

I came to class test day without a pencil, teacher was so pissed when i asked him for an extra pencil he threw it at me...pretty hard too
