I've heard of places that don't do them, specifically on retro Js. They probably don't want to train/trust every employee to do legit checks in case of  a "switcharoo".

Shiekh Shoes is doing it now. When I bought the Foams last week the girl that works there (Memorial City) told me that it was a final sale. Inside the shoe box I found a paper that read no refund will be given only exchange or store credit.
