I LOVE several models. Just, if somehow it had to be only one, I couldn’t leave my Concords behind

I know there’s too many to choose from. Hare 7s would be mine lmao.

The concords and hares are both in my top 5 I love em to death. Now I just need to stop buying them. I have a problem. But If I could go back in time I would get my first J the black tongue fire red 5s. That’s my personal number 1 and not just because it was my first.

These are one of my favorite Jordans ever though for sure. Concords are stupid fresh. One of the few Jordans I’ve actually had a dream about wearing them before I got a chance to own them. Dreamed I was riding the monorail at Disney World with them on

Several pairs of my favorite Air Jordan, the Flint 13, never came to pass. Carted, in a few instances, but knew I wouldn't receive that special feeling, given how subpar a number of aspects were, so zilch. Only purchases of the year ended up being three pairs of '18 Concords, instead. No regrets.

I'm working to pay homage to them while they sit in my closest hopefully protected from harms way. I might eat some lunch today and possibly dinner. Idk though... that might be too wild.

Wore my Playoffs upon receipt, but for some reason these are still sitting DS (I don't keep shoes DS generally speaking!). I think it's b/c they look so damn awesome clean, and the outsole just won't look fresh after the first wear, and I see the white getting dirty easily. Gonna bring these out when we can get back into the office (Spring/Summer 2021)!

Yea I know what you mean. The Un DS feels like more of a commitment when it comes to clear soles. I just pick and choose very carefully and wear my pair only like 5x a year. If there’s even a 1% chance of rain then they don’t get worn.
Avoiding rain and excessive sunlight is all you really need to do. Also need to be careful when driving or you’ll get that horrible spot on the heel. I usually just put a napkin down where I rest my heel.

You talking about the midsole? For me the the translucent outsole get pretty dark/dirty right at the back edge, but the way I drive the midsole doesn't make contact, so I'm good there ;-).

No, the heel outsole on your right shoe that touches the mat when you drive. It specifically drives me nuts with my 9s. I dont lay anything down, I just clean em when it starts getting too noticeable. I work in a factory that is a nice kicks worst nightmare. So a lot of that ends up on the drivers mat. The work shoes dont make it too far beyond the front door.

I can certainly understand not wanting to wear these cause of how clean they are. I wear mine pretty often but clean them every few wears or so. It's also why I tripled up. When the first pair is beat I'll move on to the next pair.

I'll take you one step further, I won't even wear these outdoors. I only take them to Vegas to wear them on the carpet, and I never leave the casino. If I do, I have to go back to the room to change into a different pair of J's haha

Meanwhile my one, single pair has just been sitting in the box for the last 2 years. Though I do take them out and admire them. Wanted to wear em to close out the semester this year but then covid happened.
