Got to love NT. I wasnt interested in these until I saw a guy on IG do a custom of these shoes. He made them look vintage and it completely changed the shoe for me.

Very possible to paint them white, and there should be no issue with bleed-through because if you're painting them then you'll have properly prepped the leather and applied multiple thin coats of white and a finisher.
