i don't know about Cole but the company i work for now also hired a third party background company and they tried to call all of my previous employers. i got fired from my last job (using a cell phone in a call center

) but i put my girl's number on there and that she was the manager, they called her with the quickness.

atleast they hired you. They did not ask me for my previous employers numbers or manager names im still scared tho
