fmllll bought the Creme from Kith Online and selected the wrong size !!!!
It says on the page that: Once an order has been placed on this item, this order is final and cannot be cancelled.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
Do they reply their emails?
How do they usually tackle situations like this??

You could try contacting customer service but I don't think Kith cancels orders.

You could try filing a PayPal claim and see if they side against the no cancellation policy.

Same here. Had to cancel an order due to address issue.
Use the PayPal claim as a last resort as one dude in here did that and supposedly was blacklisted from future releases. But who knows.
