I dunno about the Ethiopian one. I'm Eritrean and I know tons of Ethiopians and I wouldn't say that's the average face. Their eyes tend to be bigger for one.

It would have been interesting to see more than just the countries of Ethiopia and South Africa representing an entire continent. 

 At lumping the entire region of West Africa together. That's akin to saying hey, here's what the average European face looks like.
