I don't have any bite marks. just rashes from all the itching. so that means its not bed bugs?

if its bed bug you wont find them with your naked eye , cause majority of them are microscopic. if you do have bed bug problems you should get lyso disinfected spray and spray your bed. also open your drapes so sunlight comes in the room. the brightness and warmth will irritate the bugs.
if you are allergic to specific detergent wash your linen with hot water no soap. if thats too much that i would recommend wearing sweats to sleep or something warm and use less sheet.

I didn't know at the time, but I def carried bed bugs from the nasty Knight's Inn in Florida back to my home. Woke up one night with welts all over my back. Coulda sworn they were from mosquitoes. Didn't sleep in my bed for a good week.Originally Posted by Smokey13

You can def see bedbugs. I got them once after going on vacation to Seattle/Vancouver. If you do have it and catch it early you can get rid of them. They usually hide in the creases of the mattress.
