Best car under 20k?

i was about to say s2000 too but i rather not have more young amateur drivers crash more s2k's especially since it's no longer gonna be in production.

i noticed e46 bmw's are becoming VERY affordable. 02-05 can be easily had for <15k w/ high miles and 17-18k w/ low miles.
