I don't see how it's so hard to understand what the topic creator is saying.
Back when I was in highschool, about 4 years ago. The skaters, and rock music kids were looked at as geeks, nerds, weirdos, etc. Their style was basicallyfrowned upon by all races, including whites, but blacks/hispanics would especially make fun of their style by calling their jeans nut-huggers, saying theirshirt was too tight, etc. Now it is all of a sudden cool to be dressed this same way.
