Whats up Norcal? I'm going to Burlingame today for a convention. Are there any good clubs, bars or stores around the are? Any suggestions would help.Thanks!

Next City over hit up Turf in San Mateo.

F&A's on Burlingame Ave is a restaurant and bar and a club at night. Not sure if the club thing happens on thursdays though.

F&A = Fanny and Alexander

Plus I haven't been there in a few years so I don't even know if its popping anymore.

There's also Stealhead Reserve....its a rest./bar with a huge billiards room in the back.

F&A has been closed for about 2 years now.

The steel head brewery is pretty good. Relaxed atmosphere.
If you are going for convention you are prob gonna be in the hotel area so I don't know if you want to drive to downtown. Nothing really goes on in thistown.
