And what happened? You're more likely to get injured badly from falling, slipping, tripping or getting stung by wasps. Dogs kill more people than bears.Need electricity, so it's a no for me, dawg.
Also, had an encounter w/ a bear last summer, so it's a wrap for me as far as hiking, too![]()

Bear was about 5 feet from my face. That was enough for me.

I love hiking and enjoy camping also, but if a bear gets 5 feet from my face, I'm out also.![]()

Been trying to convince my friends for years to go camping in the Everglades
"*****s don't go camping"

Not a fan. Don't mind the activities, but sleeping in a tent is
I can remember waking up and everything feeling damp from the morning dew and being like nah I'm coo with this. I hate being dirty too, no access to a shower, having to use one of those latrines. Hell no.
Dudes I went with got mad cause I used like 3 bottles of water to wash my feet before I went to sleep. Not trying to go to sleep with dirty *** feet.
I could do all the fishing, hiking, cooking and all that, but I would need to haul it back to the hotel after that.
Drinking water though?
Man I’m so jealous of people out west. East coast just can’t compete with regards to back country/wilderness/geography.
Yeah it’s beautiful but you can’t compare it to the diversity and scale of the west. This is just dumb.
Appalachians?
Great Lakes?
Carolinas
Tons of beautiful country side on the east coast.
