There may not be any separation from a DB and an absent dad in the court, but an involved dad financially and emotionally will not be smacked with CS that easy....specially if you lawyer up.

If I'm the head of household in my marriage, health insurance policy holder, have proof that financially I cater for both my wife and child, our relationship crumbles for unknown reasons, the woman I love wants to part ways and take my child, the child I've cared for since birth financially and emotionally as I should have as the father, she can just do it with that ease?....just walk into family court and the judge will throw the book on me just like that?...

American Family law is super outdated.
We as men need to work to change the laws but that will never happen because the dudes who are currently married it doesn't affect them much...so they arent inclined to help.

Here is the thing I don't understand about some of you guys....
If you committed and in love enough to plant 1,2,3 seeds in a woman, what's stopping you from going the extra mile and marrying the woman...you already dove head first down the rabbit hole because to be honest having a child with a woman is far more committing than declaring your love in front of God or a Judge...like son...you just made another person with that woman....meanwhile nahhhhh Marriage is too much....some of you guys are so backwards...lol

Marriage I can walk out of if I chose to, worst case scenario she takes half, money is the only thing she can screw me with.
Having a child with a woman, you simply can't walk out on, if you do you a deadbeat and deserve everything bad that can happen to you, if you are not according to you fellas, the woman got you by the balls regardless, yet according to some of you marriage is far more taboo than having a child.

Yo I'm on cs right now b. **** ain't no joke. 410 a month. Can barely hold it down since my landlord raised the rent by 50 bucks. Keep a paper trail. All that other ish will be considered a gift trust. Mind you... I have to provide insurance as well. System ain't for us. I even downloaded a deposit sheet and adjusted it so I could come out lower. Changed my rate etc...

U asked my moms why she never put my pops on cs. When they met my pops was s spoiled dude who got whatever he want, good job no kids and she was an unemployed mother of 2 so she could've feasted and sucked him dry. She straight up told me like yo sister pops was a dead beat that's who needs child support, if she told my pops I needed 1 box of diapers he'd bring 5, a pair of kicks, I'd get 3 etc. Then he also took me thurs-sun and in the summer. All in all she was a real straight up chick. When I got my bm pregnant we had a talk about this situation and she said shed never do it unless I deserved it and didn't hold up my end. My moms and granny had a long talk with her while she was pregnant so if it doesn't work out I think I'm in the clear.

That's what I'm talking about, if you a good dude, it takes a real **** woman to flip the script and **** on your life with CS....if she has the heart to screw over a dude that stood up for his and looked out for her, then she was a **** person all along and you simply failed to see that, which in turn ends up being an L on your part as a man for going balls deep with her in the first place.
By being a good dude I also mean being good to her, if you cheat, get caught, ruin the marriage/relationship, she hits you with CS that's on you as well....call it even.
