cucumber, pickled pork skin (known as cueritos), lime juice, Valentina or Tapatio hot sauce, chamoy, and Japanese peanuts.

Cholula is good but is more watered down and is drinkable. You try killing a plate with the taps and you're nose gonna be running.

Truth. My GF's friend went to highschool with the kids whose parents invented/own tapatio. Good lord they are balling. I had no effing clue it originated in cali.

 I'm black. I think i match my hot sauce to the kind of food i eat. Mexican dishes get strictly Cholula Stuff like pizza and chicken get Tabasco, Frank's or Trappey's, and asian cuisine get's Sriracha.
Tapatio is just garbage to me. I'll use it if there's no other choice though
