Im not having fun at all. I'm a freshman, i dont drink and for some reasons im not getting girls. In highschool it was soo much easier, n i only have like 1 real friend. Wat am i doing wrong? i hate it so much i'm probably transferring home next year. my grades r good too

btw im on the football team n it seems like i was outcasted early on for being a bit arrogant about my skills, n none of the upperclassmen invite me to hang out like they do other freshmen. it just seems like transfering ould be the easy way out n as bad as i want this to work out, its not.

What your doing wrong is your hating on yourself. Be happy you got a real friend, if your friend is real. Soon as you quit the bull3hit you will feel unstoppable. Take my advice or don't. It's that simple. lol

Take this time to find yourself and figure out where you're going in life.

Theres a lot of student who are just like you OP. College is so much different than high school. You don't know everyone anymore, and it forces us to go out of our comfort zone and meet people. Just be friendly in class or even just walking around campus. It never hurts just to say hey how are you to a random.

Just talked to my brother and all of his friends that are freshmen in college and they are all saying to me cherish highschool. College is so much different and harder.

Guess i really have nothing to look forward to other than going to a good school and getting good grades.

You should start researching some clubs you can join. Its always good to try new things and go outside your comfort zone. It's all part of growing up and having an open mind. Don't be too hard on yourself. You just started college, so you still have time to meet new people. And trust me op, its better to have 1 real friend than 100 fake friends in college. And trust me, you will meet a lot of fake friends in college.
