Man, I started out thinking dude was cooked and going to jail.

Now, I’m beginning to think he is not going to jail for anything.
His bank account might dip, sponsors might dip but jail time, until it happens I’m saying it doesn’t.

Very calculated move by Cuomo though if I do say so.
This is QuidProQuo that he will definitely be able to cash in on. I bet Combs has already reached out to his people(Cuomos) to thank him/them.
Combs not only will do no time in jail but, he’ll release his own tell all before 2025 in the form of another LoveALBUM if he damn well please.

I know dudes has been getting on me about defending Puff and talking about I'm hoping to resurface with my Sean Jean velour but I've been saying all along Puff is gonna be fine and no jail time.

Although when all the raids went down I did think he might be in something but as the dust settles I think Puff going to walk free and as you said he may dip in the bank account and lose sponsors and what not but Puff is still gonna make his money regardless and live the party lifestyle.

I don't know if he fell out, got dropped or let go of the Ciroc or other alcohol deals he had as that's where some of his wealth is from.

Why, because he hasn't been arrested yet?
These kind of criminal investigations generally take a very long time. By all accounts this investigation seems to be moving very rapidly (relatively speaking) but I wouldn't be surprised if there are no major developments in the next couple months.

For reference, here's a timeline of a sex trafficking investigation involving a congressman and a close associate who was the original main target of the investigation. The total timeline of that investigation encompasses roughly 3 years. The example below also illustrates that charges are by no means guaranteed.

June 2020: Joel Greenberg (close associate of Congressman Matt Gaetz) is arrested and indicted for identity theft and stalking
NOTE: Greenberg was raided and had his devices seized in June 2020 as well. The following months show how the investigation of the seized materials produced new developments.
August 2020: Superseding indictment for Joel Greenberg, adding sex trafficking charges
March 2021: Another superseding indictment for Joel Greenberg, adding 21 charges (wire fraud, conspiracy to bribe a public official, ...)
April 2021: Press reports on the existence of a sex trafficking investigation involving Congressman Matt Gaetz
NOTE: Greenberg reportedly started informally cooperating against his close associate Matt Gaetz back in 2020, likely in hopes of getting a better deal or staving off further superseding indictments
May 2021: The original target of the investigation, Joel Greenberg, pleads guilty to 6 charges and formally agrees to cooperate

January 2023: DOJ declines to charge Matt Gaetz

Joel Greenberg in this example was someone extremely crooked and dumb enough to keep undisputable evidence of his crimes on his devices. He was raided in 2020 and had his devices seized.
As DOJ worked through the seized material, you can see more and more charges being added throughout the timeline.
Initially they only charged him with identity theft and stalking. A month later, prosecutors added sex trafficking charges.
Then it took from September 2020 to March 2021 for the next superseding indictment, and the reporting in the press that Congressman Gaetz was also under investigation.

All of that information you posted on Greenberg is new to me but as you mentioned, Green etc was stupid enough to be caught with the video evidence. I think Puff got rid of(sounds like a lot too so maybe he left some to be found in one of his drunken stoppers and pull popping episodes. I’m just seeing the system for what it is, protectors of the protected. I think he was well aware they were coming in enough time to rid himself of such evidence.
. If they found compromising evidence in the form of video, not much that can be done about that if it’s seen by the unprotected but, I think Puff got the drop on the raid, they told him such and such was coming and he had time to make sure he discarded all of the video evidence prior to them arriving.

Sounds like it will be a while before we know but, one day we will see how this ends, I think he goes FREE with a **** again on his name at most.
 
I have a feeling it will be a long time until we get a real update. Now people are just posting old pics and vids of him with celebs.
 
I feel like the goverment saw diddy handing out money and decided to get in on it, before they miss their chance.
