DMX hospitalized in critical condition from overdose

been avoiding this thread because i been losing a lot of people around me lately.
rest in peace to X. he brought an energy through his music that no one has ever really felt before and no one has matched since. with all his anthems and raw rap records, still, one of my favorite songs is slippin. :smokin

That summer of '98, me and one of my boys walked around Brooklyn almost every day bangin IDAHIH loud as **** on the boombox. And when I wasn't doing that, the cassette tape was one of only 2 (the other being Harlem World) that I listened to every single day. Classic album without a doubt.

The 2 tracks that stood out for me from that album was Let Me Fly and X is Coming. Lol i was 12 years old enjoying that gruesome 2nd verse on the latter. Was looking for the tape yesterday but can't find it :angry:
