I keep a Swiss army knife and a lockback on my person. Copper rod under the seat.
I live in Fairfield, CT though, so I don't really need anything too extreme.

seems to be a lot of bats and blades and crowbars. personally i'd rather bring a gun to a gun fight and even better, a gun to a bat fight.
